This year, there will a lot of celebration of another Duke Ellington birthday – his 125th. The Ellington Galaxy and Duke Ellington Society of Sweden will do its best to contribute to this.
In 1974, Danish Radio-TV celebrated his 75th birthday with a televised concert with Danish Radio Big Band and Clark Terry. We are happy to give the visitors of the website a 30 minute clip of it. A second clip of the broadcast might be published later in the year.
